Completed in 1985, this three-story building is privately owned by Liberty Towers Incorporated of Clarion and managed by Developac, Inc.
Liberty Towers tenants enjoy the friendly neighborhood environment and there is an active Residents' Association for those who wish to participate in the monthly activities. There are also various activities available, such as bingo, movie night, and game night.
